No. Speed, shot power, ranking points and medals are never for sale: everything that helps win a match is earned by playing, the same for everyone. See what the store sells, and never will.

Both. Choose your language on your first visit and change it any time with /language. Queues and chat are shared by everyone.

With the beginner demo, which starts on your first visit and teaches the controls. Then the training centre and the matches against bots, before ranked at level 5. The player guide explains everything.

In game, /ticket opens a ticket for the staff (report a player, a bug, a question), or /signaler <player> <message> reports a player directly. You can also write on the Discord.

The server’s membership, €4.99 a month, cancel anytime. While you are a member: the paid track of the season pass, one exclusive item a month, private games (basketball and hockey included) and 11v11 against the bots. Items you received stay yours if you stop.

Purchases are made on Tebex, which handles refunds under its own terms. A refunded or charged-back purchase removes the matching item.

Ask your parents before any purchase. Nothing is needed to play: the whole game is free.

Yes, to your Minecraft account. They cannot be traded, resold or moved to another account.
