What data GoalBloc keeps, why, and your rights.

What we keep, why and for how long

Payments
Tebex Limited takes payments and processes your payment data (payment method, email, country…) under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number. Tebex sends us what we need to deliver: your username, your UUID, the item and the date.
Who sees your data
- GoalBloc staff, each according to their role (moderators see sanctions and tickets).
- Tebex Limited (United Kingdom), for purchases.
- Discord, when a ticket is copied to a private staff channel (the author of a report does not appear there).
- The server host.
- Cloudflare (United States), which hosts the goalbloc.com website and, like any host, receives visitors’ IP addresses to send them the pages.
We never sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.
Outside the European Union
Tebex is in the United Kingdom, Discord and Cloudflare in the United States. These transfers rely on [UK adequacy decision; Data Privacy Framework, to be checked].
The goalbloc.com website
The website uses no cookies and no audience measurement. Your language choice (English or French) is kept in your browser (localStorage): it is never sent to us. Once the server is open, the online players counter asks the mcstatus.io service for that number from your browser: that service then receives your IP address, like any website your browser contacts.
Cookies
GoalBloc’s pages use no analytics or advertising cookies. The Tebex store uses its own cookies for the basket and checkout (see Tebex’s policy).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to a processing, restrict it or get a copy, by writing to contact@goalbloc.com. We answer within one month. Some data may have to be kept despite a deletion request (an ongoing sanction, a legal duty). You can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or to the authority of your country.
Young players
The game is open to everyone. We never ask for your age, name or address: only what Minecraft provides (username and UUID).
